MOBIS has a Reporter Protection Program to allow reporters/informants/proposers to submit information in good faith while keeping their minds at ease.

  • Confidentiality

    Personal information of the information cannot be disclosed to the public without the informant`s consent.

  • Guarantee of status

    The employer or relevant department is prohibited from imposing any disadvantages or discriminating against the information because of supplied information, statements and submission of evidence.

  • Reduction or exemption of liabilities

    If any mistake or negligence of the informant are discovered during the investigation process, the liabilities of the information for such faults or negligence may be reduced or waived.
